Something I really enjoy doing is sewing. Above is a shirt I made as well as a Velociraptor "puppet". The goal was for it to be a marionette puppet (too heavy) or a completely poseable figure (which it is, it has thirty-six moveable joints). I have to partially redo it, but that is part of the fun of experimenting. I didn't follow any patterns for it, I just did what seemed correct. I studied the length and size of reconstructions and bones to make it about the size of a real velociraptor, if not slightly smaller. The shirt was spontaneous and I messed up the orientation of the button holes. Oh, and both projects were completely hand-sewn as I didn't yet own a working sewing machine. These are probably the projects I am most proud of.

I used to draw a lot as a kid but for personal reasons I stopped for several years. Fairly recently I started doing it again. I draw on the whiteboard at work when I'm waiting for my ride. The Quetzalcoatlus is unfortunately the only example I have of that. The Spinosaurus I drew while at my mom's because my sister wanted me to draw with her and I'm really happy with it.

I really love music. I listen to music almost all the time - I listened to music the entire time worked on this website. I listen to many different genres, and I have a few dozen playlists for what I'm in the mood for. My dad didn't allow me to have instruments when I was a kid, but now that I'm an adult, I can finally pursue my wish to be able to play them. My stepdad is a huge supporter of this - he gave me the two guitars pictured - and I am getting a new keyboard soon. I'm making progress slowly but surely!
I also really enjoy watching movies! My mom and grandma introduced my to disaster movies, and my grandma also loved horror movies. I'll go over how these movies influenced me on my "Interests" page (the link is at the top and bottom of the page).
